Galaxy S5, how can I see my contents of the SD card?

How can I see my contents of the SD card? I think I just moved all my pictures and music over. I did this so I can delete the pictures from the device Gallery to free up space - if that is what I am to do now (delete pictures from Gallery).

Samsung Galaxy S5, use external SD as default for apps?

Any download to the phone goes to the "hard drive" It does not have the room to store the apps. I have two (2) iPads storage full. There is a 128GB SanDisk in the phone. If that doesn't turn you on. I have a Google XGODY tablet that states it will not use the SD to store apps? I'm useless when it comes to these things, but I'm a TPI Veteran and stuck in a chair so I started watching and using ONLINE Slots (Poker machines) for free. No money. It makes the day go quicker. Like I said I don't know these things and didn't know if there was an article. Where is the article and I will read it now? I have tried: I replaced the SD with apps already loaded and it totally ignored them. They were somehow left on the drive but just a shell to be deleted. I tried to "Root" the phone. Don't know if that worked. I installed Samsung's web browser to tell it to send the app to the SD. Didn't know how to do that, I did install the browser, I think. I think it was caused by: Nothing, just me wanting to use a bigger SD and the ease of having the apps available on the screen!
