I got this phone from someone who used it as a "burner phone", did a factory reset, cause who wouldn't want a free phone, now the phone says that it needs the Google account associated with the phone?

Need the Google account user name that's associated with a phone that recently went through a factory reset to do anything with the phone. How do I find the user name associated with the phone?

You would have to ask the person who gave you the phone what their Google account details were including the password. Otherwise, take the make and model of the phone and search Bypass Google FRP "Make and Model" in YouTube.

Gmail account set up during set up new Galaxy A5?

Hi. My firm has given me a new A5, and during the initial set up process I set up a Gmail account, then promptly forgot both the address and the password I've chosen! The setup of the A5 wasn't completed successfully in any event, only now each time I try to complete it, I get to the Gmail screen with the account used initially, those are the account's details that I've forgotten. My firm's IT guys can't get rid of the A5's knowledge of this Gmail account via a factory reset, so my only hope is somehow to retrieve the forgotten Gmail account. Any ideas?
