I cannot find the SMS app on my phone. It is a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 phone. The emoticon button has disappeared of the keyboard, and I would like to get it back. I searched for the SMS App but don't seem to have one.

I actually have a different problem with my phone. I added a SIM card to the phone but can't seem to get files to move over to it, so I don't have sufficient memory to download/install new apps. Can you help on this?
