I can not open camera application in my Samsung Galaxy young gts5360
- 1Boot up and test the application.Start by turning off your phone, removing the battery for ten seconds, and putting it back in.
- 2Tap on "Applications". Tap on "Settings". Tap on "Applications". Tap on "Application manager". Select "All". Tap on "Camera". Tap on "Force stop". Tap on "Clear data" and "Clear cache". Try to launch the Camera application again. If it is not working, then press the home button.
- 4This will erase all of the data. Turn off your phone. Press and hold the volume-up, home, and power buttons until you see a Samsung logotype. Use volume buttons to navigate the menu and the home button to make selections. Select "wipe data/factory reset". Select "Yes -- delete all user". Select "reboot system now".If the third-party applications are not working either, then you will need to hard-reset your phone.
- 5The camera hardware might be out of order. If none of these help, then you will need to bring your phone to a Samsung service center.
