Find Words Within a Spreadsheet on Numbers on iPhone 6

Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to find words within a spreadsheet using the Numbers application on the iPhone 6.

Steps

    To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone

    Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen

    Swipe to the right to enter your passcode
    .
    As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.

    Find the Numbers icon which is green and tap on it once to open the application

    In this example, there is already a document open that is using the personal budget template. If we don't know how, we can refer to the article on how to open a document using the Numbers application on the iPhone 6. No matter which format we choose, we will have these options along the top-right side.

    Tap on the arrow in the top-left corner to go back to the page where all of our documents will be listed depending on how many we have

    Tap on the wrench icon in the top right-hand corner to bring up a new menu

    Tap on "Find" which is the first option

    Tap on the grey bar at the top to begin typing in a word to search for

    In this example, we'll search for "Entertainment".

    When we're finished typing, we'll tap on "Search" in the bottom-right
    .
    As we can see, words we searched for are now all highlighted.

    Swipe two fingers in opposite directions to zoom in
    .
    The first highlighted word in the document will be yellow because it comes on a higher line than the other one(s). If we imagine it's like a book and it will highlight all of these words throughout our document.

    Tap on "Next" in the bottom-right corner to move to the next word if there's something we want to specify or move to the next page

    To zoom out, swipe two fingers toward one another

    When we're finished, we can tap on "Done" in the top-right corner, and it will take us back to our document where we began
