To begin, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button
This button is located on the right-hand side of the device.
Alternatively, we can press the Home button
This button in located at the bottom of the screen.
Next we are going to swipe to the right, this will bring us to the Touch ID or Passcode screen
Here we can enter in our Passcode, alternatively, we can press and hold our finger to the Home button
This will activate the Touch ID sensor, unlocking the device.
Next we need to find the MapMyRun application icon
This icon is blue, with a white circle inside of it. Within this circle, there is a blue silhouette of a man running.
Tap once, this will launch the application
It should take us to the main page, where we can begin to record a workout.
We now need to tap on the three, white, horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen
This will open up a menu bar for us, featuring a blue background with white text
We will then scroll to the bottom to locate the "Settings" option
This is the second to last option on in the menu. To the left of the word "Settings", there will be a white cog icon.
Tap once on "Settings", this will open the Settings menu for us
Scroll down, until we find the "Other" section
This is the last section on this list.
We can go back by pressing "Settings", written in the top left-hand corner of the screen
Then we will tap on the three, white, horizontal bars in the top left-hand corner
This will reopen the blue menu bar for us, where we will tap on the second option, labeled "Record a Workout"
We will now be taken back to the screen where we began, where we can choose to record a workout
