Find Help and Support Center on Dubsmash on iPhone 6

You're watching VisiHow. In this video, I am going to show you where you can find the help and support center on the Dubsmash application, for the iPhone 6.
To start with, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button.
This button in located on the right-hand side of the device.
Alternatively, we can press the Home button.
This button is located at the bottom of the screen.
We will then swipe the screen to the right.
This will bring us to the Touch ID or Passcode screen, where we can enter in our Passcode.
Alternatively, we can press and hold our finger to the Home button to activate the Touch ID sensor.
Once we are on the Home screen, we need to locate the Dubsmash application icon.
This icon is white, with a colorful letter "D" in the center.
Tap this icon once, this will open the application for us.
We will be taken to the main page, where we can start browsing different sounds.
We now need to go to the top left-hand corner, tapping on the icon present.
This icon is white, featuring the horizontal lines.
This will open a menu for us, where we will tap on the last option, labeled "Settings".
This will open the Settings menu for us.
Everything here will be divided into sections.
We now need to locate the third section down, labeled "HELP".
In this section, there will be one option labeled "Support center", tap this option one time.
We will now be taken to the Dubsmash support center.
Here we can tap the white text box, located near the top of the screen, to start a search for something.
Inside of this text box, there will be the text "Ask a question..."
After we type in a question, we can tap the gray magnify glass icon inside of the text box to begin the search
We may also choose to tap one of the titles already shown, depending one what we are looking for.
We will now scroll down to the section labeled "DUBLOADER".
Underneath we will have various options to choose from, including the option to "View All".
We will tap on "View All" one time, this will load all of the frequently asked questions regarding the Dubloader.
We can then go back by tapping "Home".
To locate this option, scroll back to the top of the screen. The word "Home" will be written in turquoise, to the left of the word "Dubloader".
We will be taken back to the previous screen, where we can scroll through and select a new section.
Foe example, we will tap on "How do I add my own sounds?".
This is the first option, located under the "DUBSMASH SOUNDS" section.
Everything highlighted turquoise is a link, we can tap on any of these links to open more information.
We will now tap on "Check this article for some explanation on soundboards", which will take us to a new page titled "How do I create a soundboard?".
If we would like, we can go back by tapping "Home".
This option is written in turquoise, located at the top left-hand portion of the screen. It will be written above the words "HOW DO I CREATE A SOUNDBOARD?"
We can also tap on "Done", in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
This will close the help and support center, bringing us back to the Settings menu.
We will then tap on "Close", written in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
This will bring us back to the main screen, which first opened when we launched the application.

Questions and Answers
I am using iPhone 6s and the API for dubsmash is no close to the one you have specified in the post.. I am trying to save my old dubs to my phone device but unsure from which option I can do so.. When clicked on profile, I only see 2 options - My Sounds & Soundboards. There is no option call My Dubs like it used to be on Android phones.. . Request your help !. . Thanks !. PG
