Find 24 Hour Custom Help in Booking.com on iPhone 6

Hi. You're watching VisiHow, and today I'm going to show you where you can find 24-hour customer help on the Booking.com app, on the iPhone 6.
To begin, we should unlock our phone, which we can do by pressing this big round button at the bottom of the phone, called the Home button.
We could also press the Lock button on the right-hand side of the handset.
When our lock screen is up we can swipe and enter our passcode.
We could just hold our finger onto the Home button like I am, to use the fingerprint scanner, if we have that option enabled.
This will take us to our home screen. Mine is organized into folders, so yours will look a little bit different from mine.
It's just a case of finding our Booking.com icon.
The app icon itself is dark blue, with a big white capital 'B' and a small light blue circle inside as well. We can just tap it once to open it. It initially takes us to the search option page. We don't need that today.
We are going to press on the three horizontal white lines in the top, left-hand corner of the screen.
Simply tap it and a menu will load.
We need the second option from the bottom, "Contact us".
It has a picture of a headset with a microphone. Tap on that to open up the next page. It will say, "24/7 Customer Support".
Now, we can either call them or send an email.
Let's try the email first. We just tap it, and it will start to compose our email. It will automatically fill in the email address "email@example.com"
We can fill in our own subject by tapping and entering text.
Same with the message as well, as we would any other email. Press "Send" in the top right-hand corner when we're happy. I will just delete this for now.
Now we can learn how to call.
Press on "Call us anytime".
We can select exactly which number will suit us.
International is +44, it is British. Tap on it, and we will get the option to call from where we are.
Let's press cancel for now.
Now, try the local number, which is for England.
We have the option to "Cancel" or "Call".
Lastly, we have "Worldwide local number".
If we're in a different country, we can see a list of all of the local numbers for these different countries. As we can see, the number is written on each one. We can just tap it and it will start to call.
To return, we go to the top left-hand corner, where it says "Call".
Then "Contact us". And last, press the three horizontal lines.
Tap on "Search" to get back to our main page.
