All my files in flash become hidden & flash drive showing 0 bytes used while it exists when I copy flash to desktop, what shall I do to show them?

My files are infected by something on flash drive after updating some of them, when I copy flash drive to desktop, I find some my files copied during this transfer but doesn't appear. I have tried: I go to control panel, I select folder option & click show all hidden files ,but this step shows all hidden files on the computer except folder content which is copied from flash drive

My C drive says it has used up a lot of memory but I can't find any files and it says its hidden but I have tried with show hidden files and only empty folders appear?

I can't find the hidden folders on my C drive. I have tried: I have tried show hidden files in folder options, in control panel. I think it was caused by: I don't know its an old PC from work

I have some data in my flash drive, when I open the flash drive in my computer, nothing shown, but my flash drive have some space occupied... I have tried: I scan my flash drive with AVG Anti-virus.. I think it was caused by: I think its the virus affecting it.
