Fifth wheel on car for tight parking? Is it possible to put an extra retractable wheel on the car to get into tight parking spots?
It is certainly possible. The first implementation of a retractable fifth wheel for parking was made in the 1950s on a Cadillac. You can watch the video right here.
And a few years ago, a man from Egypt installed a retractable fifth wheel underneath the back of his car so he could easily slide it into tight parking spots, as well. You can watch that video right here.
Unfortunately, there are no schematics for the wheel, nor are there any products that replicate this feature available for purchase -- so while it's definitely possible, you would have to make the wheel yourself.

Car towed with Club attached to steering wheel and 2nd Club attached from steering wheel to brake, what type of damage to car may have occurred?
Hi Amir, My son was legally parked, but his car was towed. He just leased a parking spot and the property manager did not inform the towing company who routinely scouts the parking complex for illegal parking that this parking spot was legally leased as of October 1st. Question: What type of possible damage to car? My son had a Club attached to the steering wheel and a second club attached to from the steering wheel to the brake pedal. We don't yet know what method the car was towed, but we assume there may be damage to the car. I am concerned about the safety of the car when he does receive it back tomorrow. He is 18 years old and just moved out of state, so we would like to provide him with some good advice.
