I reset my phone as I'm sending it away to have its screen replaced. However it is stuck in a reboot loop now.
If you have factory reset the phone already and still have this issue, put it back into Recovery Mode like when you did the hard reset. This time, choose both Wipe Cache Partition and Wipe Dalvik Cache. You may need to have the stock ROM installed back on the device if it continues to loop after you have cleared the cache.
My phone requires privacy protection password which I don't know?
Replaced broken screen and now the phone is locked and I can't use it. I have tried: Entering SIM card and opening it, the phone works for a few seconds but then locks again and asks for the code. I think it was caused by: I rooted it once, but I don't think that could cause this, the phone is a THL 5000 and after a search online I saw how other customers had same problem... THL's solution was to send it over and they would fix it, they say it's the motherboard..
This does sound like a faulty motherboard. During the process of replacing the screen, it is likely you damaged the motherboard if it was not damaged previously when the screen broke. See if you have the AVG Privacy Protection app that is the one asking for the password. You could find out through AVG Support Unlock methods. You also can contact them directly to report your issue and get their suggestions.
No network while having SIM card inserted in phone?
My mobile have Chinese recovery and I don't know how but to turn off mobile network. Before that my mobile phone was working fine. Now I need help on how to turn it on again. I have tried: Auto test mode. I think it was caused by: Mess in Chinese recovery so far
Reset the phone again. Make sure you are choosing the one that says eMMC. That is the factory reset function. Whatever you clicked during the reset deleted the process of recognizing the SIM. So factory reset again. You may still have to take the phone to your cell phone provider and request they set up the APN and mobile networks again.
How can I reset my InnJoo phone to factory restore settings?
I want to unlock my phone, it has pattern lock which I forgot and now I want to make it to factory restore settings. My Gmail account is no more active that is why I can't access it when it is locked by pattern
- 1Turn the InnJoo phone off.
- 2Press and hold Volume Up and the Power buttons until the screen shows the Android man.
- 3Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and Power to confirm.
My cubot 9 phone only shows the cubot name on screen and does not give any other information?
When I put my phone on there is no content shown except the cubot name appearing on the screen. I have tried: I'm not able to try anything further. I think it was caused by: I think it may be a software problem
The first mode of fixing this is to put it into Recovery Mode and clear the cache as explained above, If you can't do this then perform a factory reset. Boot loops can also be a hardware issue but normally one of the two methods solves the boot loop problem.
I think my doogee x5 is doing a factory reset after the battery was taken out and everything is in Chinese. What options should I be picking?
I think my doogee x5 may be doing a factory reset after having the battery taken out of the back. What options should I be picking?. I have tried: Nothing I don't know what to do. I think it was caused by: Putting the cover back on may have held down the wrong combination of buttons?
