How to get my SGH-T989D back to factory default?

I did a factory reset on my Samsung SGH-T989D and now all I have is a Samsung logo in the top left corner when it restarts. No apps or anything

I did a factory reset, and my contacts came back but not my notes and pictures?

This is Samsung S5. Do you have any ideas? Thanks!

Contacts are backed up automatically. If you have not backed up your notes and pictures with Samsung Kies 3 or Smart Switch on your computer, then your only option is to check the microSD card for the pictures. The notes are usually stored in the internal memory and are erased once you factory-reset the smartphone unless you back them up with Kies 3 or Smart Switch. If you backed up your data with Samsung Kies 3 or Smart Switch, then you can restore those files by launching the respective application and selecting the "Back up/Restore" or "Restore" function. Otherwise, the data might be gone; and your only possible solution will be shipping your smartphone to a company like SalvageData to restore the internal memory of the Android device.
