Most Android users have "ES File Manager" as a file explorer application, using it to maneuver files in their SD card and Mobile internal memory. If you don't have ES File manager, you can download it from your application market or use this link: http://www.1mobile.com/es-file-explorer--file-manager-70957.html

ES File Manager V.3 has implemented a new tool in their application called "Remote Manager" that you can find by pressing the menu soft-key and then tapping on "Tools." This Tool is great, it enables you to link to your Mobile SD card over WiFi and manage files and whole folders through FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
So once linked with any FTP file manager or program like "FileZilla" you can access the assigned path and maneuver files.
