This is a tutorial on how to make a Russian version of lactose- and alcohol-free eggnog, which is called Kogel mogel, Gogl-Mogl, Gogel-mogel, Gogol-mogol, Gogli-mogli, or Gogle-mogle. I am using a personal recipe with bananas. If you wish to try the original Gogol-mogol dish, then just do not add bananas at all.
We take two large or three small bananas and put them in a freezer for a few hours or overnight until they become hard and dark.
Only two bananas out of the three are used in the video.
