You're watching VisiHow. In this tutorial, we're going to demonstrate how to turn on the satellite view in the Maps application on the iPhone 6s Plus.
From the home screen, tap on Maps.
Then, tap on the "I" icon.
The icon has a circle around it, and it's in the lower right-hand corner. Then, you can tap "Map", "Transit", and "Satellite" tabs. These are modes.
Let's tap on "Satellite".
The "Satellite" mode will give you the satellite view of the map.
You can zoom in by spreading your fingers apart.
This can be done just like with the "Map" mode.
You can zoom out by pinching your fingers together.
The satellite view does take a little longer to load and uses more data. That's something of which to be mindful.
You can tap on the "I" icon again.
This is information. It is located in the lower right-hand corner.
Then tap on "Map".
You will go back to the map view.
That was how to use the satellite view on the iPhone 6s Plus. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them in the space below. Thank you for watching VisiHow!
