    From the home screen, take two fingers and swipe down

    This will reveal the gear shaped icon which will take you to the "Settings" menu

    From here, go all the way to the bottom, where you will see "About phone." Tap it

    Now look for the "Build number," which is at the bottom of the screen

    That will enable the Developer options.
