How do I turn off wishbone settings on a Android?

I can't stand wishbone distracting me when I doing stuff on my phone or even when I am resting. I have tried: I have tried going to all apps and clicking on wishbone....nothing I have tried going to the wishbone settings and....nothing. I have also tried going to notifications in my settings.....NOTHING!. I think it was caused by: Nothing causes this problem because everyone gets these notifications, it just is bugging me
