In these notification options, we are looking for the option called "Vibrate"
    .
We want to turn on and off the vibrate function. It says, "Vibrate when messages are received". We may want the phone to vibrate when we receive a message, especially if it's in a pocket. It could be a very good way of telling when we have received a message.

After we press down on it, there is a blue check mark in it
    .
If we see the blue check in the box, it means that we have this option selected. If there was already a blue check in it before we came to this screen, that means it was already selected.

If we wanted to deselect it, it's the same process
    .
Just press down on the box, and the check mark will disappear. We should choose the option that is best for us. Put a check mark in, or not. Our phone will respond the way we have chosen.
