- 6We click "Enable" under "Two-step verification".A pop-up menu will say: "Two-step verification adds an extra layer of protection to your account. Whenever you sign in to the Dropbox website or link a new device, you'll need to enter both your password and also a security code sent to your mobile phone."
- 14We can decline the option of using a back-up mobile phone number and click "Next".A new menu will say: "As a last resort, you can also use this emergency backup code to disable two-step verification and access your account."
