Hi! You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to enable automatic application updates in Windows 8.
The first thing that we need to do is go to the store.
To do this, we need to first click the lower-left corner of the screen to access the start menu.
Then, we locate the Store icon and click it.
If we don't have the Store icon among the tiles, we can browse through all applications.
We can do that by clicking the down arrow button on the lower-left corner of the screen.
Then, we locate and click Store.
We wait for it to load.
Once it has been finished, we need to move the mouse cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen.
We click "Settings" in the charms menu.
Now, we need to click "App updates".
In this video, we will see that "Automatically update my apps" is set to "No".
We need to click the toggle under "Automatically update my apps".
If we want to turn automatic updates off, we need to click the toggle again.
This will turn automatic updates off.
This concludes our tutorial on how to enable automatic application updates in Windows 8. Thank you for watching VisiHow! If you have any other comments or questions, please leave them in the comments section below.
