Edit MyFitnessPal Profile with iPhone 6

Hi, you are watching VisiHow, and today I am going to show you how you can edit your profile on the 'MyFitnessPal' App on the iPhone 6.
To begin, we should unlock our phone, which we can do by pressing the 'Lock' button on the right-hand side.
Alternatively, we can use the big round button at the bottom of the screen, called the 'Home' button.
Once the lock screen is up, we can simply swipe and enter the passcode, or just hold our finger to the 'Home' button, to activate the fingerprint scanner.
Once we're on the home screen, we just need to find the My Fitness Pal App, which we can see as this blue one here with the silhouette of a person jumping in white, and the top left corner is gray.
We can just tap that once to open up the app.
It will automatically take us to the homepage, but what we need is this bar along the bottom.
We should go to the bottom right corner where it says 'More', and there are three horizontal dots. Tap that and it will bring up a menu.
We should go to the first option, 'My Profile', which is indicated by the little stick man on the left-hand side.
This brings up the profile.
There isn't very much happening to my profile at the moment, but we can just go to 'Edit Profile', which is straight underneath the profile picture on the left, next to a little blue cog.
Once we get to the profile details, we can click on each bar to change the details.
Once we click on 'Profile Photo' we can choose from existing photos for the profile picture.
We can click on 'Height'.
Scroll through the numbers.
We can press on the check when we're done.
We can change the 'Gender', by selecting 'Male' or 'Female', and then pressing on the check when we're done.
The same goes for all of these, we just tap on the check sign and scroll through.
We can also change the 'Units'.
We can choose whether the weight is in 'Pounds', 'Kilograms' or 'Stone', mine is set to 'Stone' at the moment.
We can just click whichever one we want, and the blue check on the right-hand side will move to that one.
Let's go to 'Stone'.
'Height' is in 'Feet', 'Inches', or 'Centimeters'.
Again, the blue check moves to whichever we want. 'Distance' is in 'Miles' or 'Kilometers'. 'Energy' in 'Calories' or 'Kilojoules'. I prefer 'Calories'.
When we're done, we can go to the top right corner and tap on the check.
You can then go to the left corner and tap on the arrow to go back.
Tap again on the next arrow.
Go down to the bottom left corner with the picture of the house to get back to your homepage.
Thank you very much for watching.
