Everyone's numbers will be different, but the information categories will be the same. Otherwise, it might have asked us to sign in. Tap the number to the right of "Calories Burned" to edit this goal
This is the number of calories we aim to burn in a day. When we set up our account, we went through and added our current weight, and our goal weight. This produces a recommended number of calories that we need to burn per day that is healthy. We will change ours to 1000.
