For 'When to daydream', we can choose, 'While docked', 'While charging', or 'Either'
The phone in this demonstration is currently set to 'While docked', and this means while it is connected via USB to another device. We can change this option to 'While charging' or 'Either'. This can only be done when the HTC One M8 is actually connected to a power socket or to another device because it does take up a lot of battery. The daydream function is limited, and can be used only when another power supply is actually recharging the battery due to the drain on the battery caused by the feature.
This concludes our tutorial on how to edit when an HTC One M8 daydreams
