The notification panel shows notifications from your apps, such as email, texts, Facebook updates, and other things. The quick settings panel lets you to quickly turn some features on and off.

My question is really about the notification panel, but more as to why it's vibrating?

My question isn't really about to panel. However its more about as to why my phone is randomly vibrating every few minutes or seconds. I'll be using it and it will randomly vibrate and I have no notifications. Or it will be sitting on the table and vibrate still with no notification
