You're watching VisiHow. This is a video tutorial on dragging and dropping content when multitasking on the Samsung Note 10.1 (2014 Edition).
In order to proceed, we make sure that the device is unlocked and that we're on the home screen.
We drop down the notification panel.
Now, we will need to turn on the "Multi window" icon if it is turned off.
We go to the top right-hand corner and click the notifications icon.
Here, we need to turn on "Multi window".
If it is not turned on, we simply tap on it.
We swipe the notification panel down from the top.
We swipe left and right.
We will search for "Multi window" in the quick panel.
Once "Multi window" is turned on, we drag the right part of the screen to the left for "Multi window" to pop-up.
We open several applications for multitasking.
For example, for dragging or dropping content, we tap on the Gallery application.
At the same time we tap on "S Note".
We drag and drop applications we want onto the screen.
Now, we select a photo or a video by tapping and holding it.
We will enable its movement.
We continue holding the picture and drag and drop it onto the screen next to it.
In this case, I have dragged and dropped a photo from Gallery into the S Note application in the second screen.
Now, we can save this image by tapping the checkmark.
It is in the top right-hand corner.
We give it the saved note a name.
For example, let's type "lego" and tap on "Done".
