Sometimes we find it confusing on how you can download application, I find so many forums and or sites online that discuss on how you can download as there are so many people still asking on how to do this. To some it may be too simple for them but to others specially if you are not use into the new technology and if you do not use your mobile as often as the others and or you are not much into technology but you need to download something important then in this article we will help you by showing on how you can download an application in Samsung Galaxy S3.

This also applies to Samsung Galaxy S4 and other Samsung Galaxy



  • Tap the 'Apps' which is located on the lower right corner of your mobile.


  • Tap 'Play Store'


  • Then tap the Apps that you want to download, like for example Games, Books or Movies.


  • For example Games, then tap 'Games', then you can select, Featured, Free, Etc.
  • Then tap the game you prefer to select.
  • Then it will give you an option to install, tap install.
  • Then accept the agreement to download.
  • Wait for the Games (or any Apps) to finish downloading.
  • When it finishes it should then be loaded and installed in your mobile.

Uninstall Apps

  • Tap the 'Apps' which is located on the lower right corner of your mobile.


  • From your Apps tap the 'Settings'


  • From Settings scroll down and then tap 'Application Manager'


  • Then select the Apps that you want to uninstall (like for example in the image below 'Angry Bird')


  • Then it will go to the selected Apps then you can tap 'Uninstall'
  • Then tap 'OK'
  • The Application should then be uninstalled.

Queuing application to be downloaded on your phone

There are some instance that we are too lame to get our phone and do some stuff and check for some new applications to try it on your phone. If you are fond of sitting in front of the computer and check some online. Did you know that you can queue those applications on your phone to be downloaded without touching your phone?     First of, make sure that your phone is connected to the internet and you are logged in to your Play Store application still.{

    Go to your computer and go to then login using the same credentials upon downloading applications on your mobile phone.

    Once you are logged in, Search for the application that you want to try or install is on your phone.

    Simply click on download to the application and install.
    Then, select the phone model then it will automatically on queue on your phone.

Go back to your phone and check. You will be able to see there an arrow going down that indicates as downloading. In case that you are not seeing the downloading icon, you can simply power cycle the phone and wait till it connects back to your WiFi internet and it will automatically download the app.

It is best that you connect it to the WiFi network and not using phone internet. It may get interrupted and stop the downloading process.
