Ad

Yes and no for I in fact am a Marine who has completed MCT. I can say that there are a few goods things about this but also a couple of bad things that will occur after you complete MCT training in the Marines. Here below I will list a couple of good things along with the bad after you complete MCT training for the Marines.

Was this helpful? Yes | No | I need help

Good

-No longer be assigned to a squad bay

-Will be able to roam around freely without a whole squad

-No more boot camp style training

-No buddy system

-Ability to use your phone or electronic devices whenever you want

Bad

-Will be told numerous times that you are not a full Marine

-Be told that you are a boot (still a recruit) by other Marines

-Will be the new bottom person of your unit

Are the marines able to use their phone on their first weekend there?
