Here is a diary of everything I ate for 30 whole days. Throughout the 30 days, you pause twice a week to culture your daily intake of calories. On the days when you don't fast, which is 5 days in a week, you can eat whatever that you want. As you can see I had takeaways; I had birthday parties; I had cake, ice cream, pizzas, and spring rolls in a cheap shop - everything and anything.
