When is the best time to take raspberry leaf tincture during my cycle?

I've been taking raspberry tincture and I am currently TTC. I just wanted to know when, during my cycle, is the best time to take the tincture? From CD1 until ovulation then stop? Or can I took it throughout my entire cycle?
