    In this menu, we can choose to enable or disable a number of things. If they are things that we use, we should keep them enabled. We will disable the things that we don't use. We can see there are many things to turn on or off, like contacts, calendars, reminders, Safari, notes, passbook, backup, key chain, and Find My iPhone. In this example, we will disable "Mail".
