Latitude E5550 occasional blank screen?

Hi there, my computer is just under a year old, never had any issues. However last week, in the middle of working on the computer the screen would go blank, and I would need to press the power button to change this, when I do this it takes me to the screen lock page and when I unlock the screen it works. However this has occurred 5 times in the last few days. On one occasion it did it 3 times within 5 minutes. The power is full on 100% so I am not sure what is causing this issue?

I have a Dell 6530 laptop. It will not boot up. It only displays a black screen. When I push the power on button the hard drive indicator lights, and the power button lights up. The display is BLACK. The hard drive indicator goes off and the laptop powers off. I removed the battery for ten minutes and reinstalled it. There was no change in the laptop. I got the same results as above, can you help me?
