You will need to say: "Good day [evening/morning], mister [or miss] [Last name]! Thank you for your request for the appointment with mister [or miss] [Last name]! Unfortunately, mister [or miss] [Last name] is not available for an appointment as he is [state the honest reason], but I would be glad to leave your message for him and call you back [later/today/tomorrow/next week/etc.] [indicate the time (before afternoon, for example)]. Rude boss who has been refusing to meet me to discuss my last 3 appraisals, bullied me on the phone?

My boss who has been refusing to meet me to discuss my last 3 appraisals, called me on the phone and told me we will meet today (yesterday) with the manager.. . I told him I am aware that I was supposed to be given advance notice of this because I did not walk with the appraisal form.. . He than told me "What happened, the form too heavy for you to walk with that you leave it home", that is company's property, you are not supposed to take it home.. You wanted a meeting and now you don't have the form. I have tried: Previously I tried asking him to discuss his grading , I also sent him an email request. I think it was caused by: The fact that I did not take his no for an answer and I mentioned it to the union
