Steps

    In order to customize the briefing screen, the phone needs to be unlocked

    You should be on the home screen.

    Then, simply swipe once to the right

    This will bring up the briefing screen.

    Tap on the icon with three dots

    The icon is at the upper-right side on the briefing screen.

    Then, scroll down

    You can simply enable or disable notifications by tapping the "Notifications" trigger

    Additionally, you can enable or disable topics
    .
    You must always have at least three topics checked. Tap on any space on the topic other than where it reads "MORE", and you'll be able to disable the topic. We're just going to disable all topics below the first three.

    Scroll back up to the top

    Now, tap on "MORE" option

    This will allow us to customize our news feed. For example, in "BUSINESS", we can check or uncheck "Money", "Small Business", "Wall Street", etc.

    We can tap on "MORE" under "NEWS" too

    You can check areas that you would like to read

    For example, "U.S. Congress", "Energy", and "Weather".

    You can move items around simply by tapping, holding, and dragging the sections

    When you're satisfied with the changes, you can tap on the "Settings" back arrow button

    This will take you back to the news panel. Do note that it takes a long time for the changes to update. There is no clear time or setting where you'll know how long it takes. Sometimes, it updates instantly; sometimes, it takes 5-10 minutes to update the changes.

    So, if you don't see your changes immediately, swipe to the left
