If you are an independently operating hotel, and you do not have brand standards, I do recommend that you sit down and you come up with your own set of brand standards.     Construct the directory using high-quality materials.
    The folder that the directory is placed in should be of a high quality. Usually, we would find these in the guest rooms in leather. The pages contained inside should be high quality also.
