Create a Challenge in Fitbit on iPhone 6

You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how you can create a challenge in the Fitbit application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the lock button.
Alternatively, we can press the home button.
We enter our passcode or use the fingerprint scanner.
We need to find and tap the Fitbit icon once to open up the application.
Fitbit should automatically take us to the dashboard, where it will be showing us the information for the current day. The numbers may vary for different users.
The application may ask us to sign in.
There is another VisiHow video on how to sign into Fitbit.
We tap "Challenges" at the bottom on the left.
Tapping the icon will bring up a new window where we can select a challenge with which we would like to compete.
Let's tap "Goal Day", for example.
We will be asked whether we want to start now, start tomorrow, or see the rules.
Let's tap "Rules" to look at the rules.
We will see the specifics of the particular challenge.
We tap "Back" in the top left-hand corner.
We can tap either "Start Now" or "Start Tomorrow".
Let's tap "Start Now". Fitbit will ask us to invite people against whom we would like to challenge ourselves. There will be a loading icon in the middle that means that Fitbit is trying to find people with whom we are friends. However, in this example, there are no friends on Fitbit. So, the application will not be able to find anyone.
Then, we can tap "Start".
We can tap "Add Players" to choose from the list of friends again.
The list of friends will be on the screen.
Alternatively, we tap "Start Anyway" if we want to start with the current selection of players.
In this video, the challenge will start without friends. We'll see "0% complete" and "10 hours left" at the top.
We tap the "Goal Day" area.
We'll see the percentage of how complete the challenge is. We'll be listed against our friends as well. We'll see how far they are. We have some extra information down the screen.
We tap "Dashboard".
We'll see that all of the information will be added when we do exercises for the particular challenge.
We tap "Goal Day".
We'll see the time left as well. In this video, it is "10 hr 43 min".
We can tap "Options" in the top right-hand corner.
We can tap "Game play & Rules" to view the rules again.
We can also tap the "Do Not Disturb" toggle.
We can tap "Invite More People" to invite more people as well.
We can tap the "Quit This Challenge" option if we decide that we don't want to do it after all.
In this video, the option is selected because no people were invited.
Fitbit will double-check with us.
- We can tap "Cancel" to stay in.
- We can tap "Quit and Delete Challenge". Let's tap this option. The progress bar along the top will be removed. We'll be back to the screen where we were.
We can tap "Dashboard" in the bottom-left corner.
We'll be taken to the first screen where we began.
