Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today, we will show you how to create a new folder in Retrica for Google Drive to store photos on the LG L70.
To begin, we'll unlock the phone by pressing the top right-hand side Power button.
Then swipe up one time to get to the home screen.
From the home screen, we need to access "Retrica", which we can do by tapping the "Apps" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen.
It's a gray box with a set of white squares inside of it.
In the "Apps" menu, we can can swipe to the left and right until we locate the icon for "Retrica", which looks like a white and orange video camera.
Tapping on that icon one time will open the application.
We can now take a new photo, or we can select one from our photo reel by tapping on the icon just to the left of the black capture button at the bottom.
The icon looks like a small photo reel.
If we tap on that icon one time, we can view all of the photos that we've taken so far in Retrica.
To send one of the photos to Google Drive, press down on the desired photo one time.
This opens the photo, and we want to press the icon on the bottom left.
It looks like a small diagram.
This will bring up a menu of options.
We need to press "Drive" which is the third option.
On the "Save to Drive" screen, we can rename the photo if we would like.
We can send it to a certain Google "Account".
We can also choose a "Folder".
We can expand the "Folder" section by tapping on "My Drive" one time.
Then we can choose where we'd like the file to go, or we can create a new folder by pressing on the image of a folder with a plus sign in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Now, we can type a name for the "New folder".
When done, press "OK" on the bottom right.
Then it will automatically open that folder, and we can see that we currently do not have any items in the folder.
To place the photo from Retrica into the new folder, press "SELECT FOLDER" in blue on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Now, we are back at the "Save to Drive" screen.
It shows the "Document title", the "Account" it is going to, and the newly created "Folder" for "Retrica photos".
We'll now tap on "SAVE" in blue at the bottom right-hand side.
The file is now being uploaded to the "Retrica photos" folder on Google Drive.
We can close Retrica by pressing the bottom center button one time and going back to the home screen.
This concludes today's tutorial on how to create a new folder in Retrica for Google Drive to store photos on the LG L70.
