    To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone

    Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen

    Swipe to the right to enter your passcode

    As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.

    Find the Numbers icon which is green and tap on it once to open the application

    Tap on the arrow in the top-left corner to go back to the page where all of our documents will be listed depending on how many we have

    Tap on the square with a "+" inside of it to create a new document

    Alternatively, we can tap on the "+" icon in the top-left corner to create a document

    Select a template for the document we are creating

    In this page, we select our templates and document style. In this example, we'll tap on the "Personal Budget" template.

    Tap on the arrow in the top-left corner

    As we can see, we now have two documents.

    To duplicate or delete a document, tap on "Edit" in the top-right corner

    Now, tap on a specific document to select it

    We can also tap on more than one document to select at a time.

    Tap on the overlapping symbol in the top-left hand corner

    As we can see, this option duplicates our document exactly.
