Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to create, delete, and duplicate spreadsheets using the Numbers application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the Numbers icon which is green and tap on it once to open the application.
In this example, there is already a document open that is using the personal budget template. If we don't know how, we can refer to the article on how to open a document using the Numbers application on the iPhone 6.
Tap on the arrow in the top-left corner to go back to the page where all of our documents will be listed depending on how many we have.
In this example, there is only one document listed.
Tap on the square with a "+" inside of it to create a new document.
Alternatively, we can tap on the "+" icon in the top-left corner to create a document.
Select a template for the document we are creating.
In this page, we select our templates and document style. In this example, we'll tap on the "Personal Budget" template.
Tap on the arrow in the top-left corner.
As we can see, we now have two documents.
To duplicate or delete a document, tap on "Edit" in the top-right corner.
Now, tap on a specific document to select it.
We can also tap on more than one document to select at a time.
Tap on the overlapping symbol in the top-left hand corner.
As we can see, this option duplicates our document exactly.
Tap on the garbage bin icon near the top-left to delete the selected document(s).
Tap on "Cancel" to keep the document.
Tap on "Delete Spreadsheet" to confirm and delete the document permanently.
Tap and swipe the screen downwards to bring up more options.
We can tap on "Search" near the top to search through the different documents.
Tap on "Date" or "Name" near the top-right to sort the documents by either date or name.
We can tap back on our document and continue working now.
Now you know how to create, delete, or duplicate spreadsheets using the Numbers application on the iPhone 6.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them into the section below, and we'll do our best to get back to you. Thank you for using VisiHow.
