half a lemon around 4 teaspoon of its juice

4 teaspoons of Truvia/sweetener to your desired taste

fresh lemon zest (shaved outer part of the lemon) for taste

Procedure:

  • cream together: cream cheese and butter
  • add the other ingredients one at a time
  • mix them all well in between adding
  • adjust the flavor to your kind of taste
  • freeze it until it is firm
  • pop them out
  • refrigerate it
