Couldn't connect with the WiFi internet, it says connected but doesn't open any website?

Couldn't connect with the WiFi internet. Please help. My internet is connected but doesn't open any web page. I have already tried uninstalling WiFi drivers, Winsock reset and flush DNS command. but still, the internet is off. WiFi internet is already working on the other devices. I have tried: Netsh Winsock reset command

uninstalled WiFi drivers. I think it was caused by: Don't know. I think windows update might have caused the issue. But I am not sure what exactly has caused the WiFi to go away
