    Mix together. Add 1 stick of room temperature butter and mix with fork to crumbly stage. After removing foil from sweet potatoes, sprinkle 2 cups miniature marshmallows on top. Evenly layer oatmeal crumbles on top of marshmallows. Return to oven and cook about 30 minutes.
