I have Eurostar T40SLED-A14 smart TV & need to screen share my Galaxy Note2 to it?

How to activate the screen sharing from the smart TV, as when I turn on the all share from my phone, it can't find the TV even though both of them are connected to the same WiFi network. I have tried: Connected both TV & phone to the same WiFi network. Turned on the screen mirroring on the phone, but when the phone stared scanning for a device to screen mirror, it didn't find any. I think it was caused by: I think that the screen mirror in Eurostar smart TV T40SLED-A14 has to be activated
