Questions and Answers

Why does my desktop computer not show up when my Galaxy S5 searches in quick connect?

Can't find my computer to connect with quick connect. A pop up says that my device (computer) must have quick connect installed. I can't find that software anywhere in my searches

A software should have been included in your Galaxy S5 device when you bought it so that you can install it onto your computer. If you don't have it, you may want to contact the seller and see if you can actually purchase. Without that, it won't really be possible to establish communication between the two devices.

Hi. I was just about to upgrade to a new version of quick connect. It warned me that it may use my camera without my consent! Surely this is a MAJOR security/privacy issue. What do you think?

I have a Note4 for the past 10 days. Before that, I had iPhone 4S. Quick connect may be a time saver but nothing is worth what I am concerned about above.
