    To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the Power button located on the top of the phone.

    This will bring up a message that says, "Clear & reset - Are you sure that you want to clear all local data, including cookies, and reset all permissions for this website?" This is similar to the trash bin, but it's slightly different.
