You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to clear your call log on the Lenovo A7000-series smartphone. To begin this tutorial, we will need to access our call log. We can do this in two ways.
We can swipe through our home screens until we find the Call Log icon.
This is a green icon with a white telephone and an in-and-out arrows.
Tapping on Call Log once will open it.
We can also tap on the Dialer icon.
It is in the dock. The icon is green with a white telephone. Once we've tapped Dialer, we will go directly to Dialer. Along the bottom, we have following options: "Dialer", "Call Log", "Contacts", and "Favorites".
Let's tap on "Call Log" one time to highlight it in blue.
Now, we can see a blue bar along the top. On the left-hand side, there is "All calls". On the right-hand side, there are three dots.
Let's tap the icon with the three dots one time.
This will give us a pop-up menu. We can tap on "Delete multiple records", "Clear the call log", or "More features and settings".
Let's tap on "Clear call log".
We will be asked if we would like to clear the call log. All of the call records will be deleted.
To confirm this action, we tap on "OK".
Now, the Call Log list is empty.
We can go back by pressing the back button in the lower right-hand corner.
We can also press the home button.
It is in the center at the bottom.
