Phone companies are always getting their devices' camera features on top-notch. This is the reason why the more high-end phones have at least 8 megapixels camera. A picture with that high-pixel quality will take a greater amount of space since it will be naturally have a bigger size. Your device stores data into its internal memory so that the next the you access the same set of data, it won't have to be downloaded but would just be loaded based on what is stored on your phone. This process helps you surf the net or use applications faster. The resulting data saved on your phone is termed as "cache". Cache can be good but most of the time, some of your phone's cache are only used for one time and may stay on your phone for a long time if not used. How to delete all the internal memory?

My internal memory is full and I don't know how to delete it.

Some system applications use internal memory even with a fresh new device. To clear the maximum of the internal memory (this will wipe out all of the data on your device), you will have to hard-reset the device. Refer to [4] or your device manual to see how to perform the hard reset.

Actually I have another problem, I just did the hard reset on the Samsung Grand Prime, its now asking me for my Google account which I forgot and not allowing me to even check the verification code they sent one time?

I need to know how to bypass this Google verification account. I have tried: Trying to remember the account which I set up but failed. I think it was caused by: The hard reset

Before you go to a service center to bypass the new anti-theft system that keeps asking you for the original Google account password and name, try to recover those by going to the Google Account Name Recovery page. Click either option, prove that you are not a robot (by clicking the checkbox). Then, click "Submit". You will receive the account name to your phone number or to your recover email address.

For your Samsung phone, you can also bypass the verification by downloading Samsung Bypass(1) or Samsung Bypass(2) APK utility. You will need an OTG cable too. Copy the program onto a flash drive. Turn on the phone and connect the flash drive to the OTG cable with the other connector running into the phone. You will see the file manager. Install the APK. When see a pop-up box with "unknown sources", choose the "Settings" option and enable the "Unknown Sources" option. Complete the installation. Open the application. In "Settings", tap on "Backup and Reset" and perform a factory data reset.

Hi, I cannot move my applications into external memory, as the option has been disabled!

Can you please help me out. Appreciate if it is solved

Please check if you have an SD card with actual content on it in the phone. If you do not have an SD card in the phone (it is usually under the battery), then buy and install it. If you have an SD card and you are not sure that there is some content on it, then it might need formatting. To do this, tap on the menu button, "Settings", "SD & Phone Storage", "Unmount SD", then mount the SD card again, and tap on "Format SD". Also, make sure that your phone supports the specific volume and speed of the SD card.

Was this helpful? Yes | No | I need help

Not all applications support moving to the SD card. It depends upon whether the developer decided to implement the feature. Check if you can move around all of the other applications. Please note that some content will remain in the phone memory even after you move the application.

There are some extra solutions like exchanging the phone memory and SD card memory, but they all depend upon a specific phone model.
