    To begin, open the PlayStation Portable emulator.
    There is a shortcut for the PPSSPP emulator on the desktop in the video. You may have the program saved in another location.

    When the emulator opens, click "Settings" in the menu on the right side of the window.

    In the "Settings" menu on the left side of the screen, click "Audio".

    Click the second option on the right side of the window, "Audio backend (restart req.)".
    The current setting for this option is "Auto".

    You can also click either "DSound (compatible)" or "WASAPI (fast)".
    If you choose "DSound (compatible)", more games will be compatible with the audio output; but the frame rate might be a little slower than with "WASAPI (fast)". Change this setting according to your preference. Then, you are free to play the game.
