On my phone is Yestel U105, how do I remove my security pin password, I totally forgot it, and the Hard reset, wipe all data, could not help because after factory reset the pin remains active?

My phone is Yestel U105 with Android but with no activated Android manager. I entered a security pin for tracker so that I can be able to track it when it got lost. when I changed the SIM card it locked and sent messages that it might be stolen, but when I replaced back the SIM card I used when setting, it continued to be locked and I hard reset the phone wiping all data through the factory reset, but it continues locking. When I set up the pin it did not request my Gmail account, but it requested my mobile number instead, and a message was sent on how to get the password through SMS, but the message was wiped during hard reset too because I could not open the phone. I also forgot the instructions in the SMS, but it was something like this;

send this code to get your password- #USUM#. So please can you help on how to unlock it, maybe there is another way? I also tried the Pattern-password disable and the Rockchip_android_Tool but it didn't work, it says "installation aborted". This is different because it doesn't need a Gmail account, instead it needs me to send a message with a given code which I have forgotten to my mobile number that I used to set the tracker in order to recover the password. The other thing is that after doing a factory reset all data is wiped but pin/password remains active, it still needs the pin.

You have to reactivate the previous SIM that was in the device before swapping it. Otherwise, you can attempt to install the OS for that device. Some phones still will not activate until they unlock the SIM lock.

I have locked myself out of my VKworld Android - T1 Plus phone, what do I do please?

I had set up the fingerprint security on it and decided to go back to take this off. When I set the fingerprint security on the phone I was asked to have a pin code also to unlock the phone which I did & it worked. But, when I went to change the security yesterday and take off the fingerprint security it asked me for the pin code security number but it didn't work, actually nothing worked, so now I got confused which was, in fact, the right code. But I usually have an easy one so tried 2 of the ones I would use and still no luck. My phone I purchased from Aliexpress website from China. VKworld Android - T1 Plus

You may have to hard reset the device. First, try to put the phone into recovery mode but choose the Wipe Cache portion. This may remove a conflict that happened when you turned off the fingerprint security. Then try to clear the Dalvik Cache when the phone restarts.
