Steps

  1. 1
Take the shorter of the two cables
    .
This is the slowest way of charging your phone. You'll see that this cable's barely long enough to wrap around the phone, and, in fact, it is not enough to wrap around the phone.

Another option is to take the USB plug and plug it into another charger

This is just a USB to wall outlet charger.

This is going to give you a little faster charging than using your computer USB
    .
I'll plug that in now. You will see that now it says "Charging." The best way to charge the phone is to use the included adapter, which is actually USB type-C to a USB type-C adapter. You are given a lot of cable, because it is encouraged that you use this method of charging.

Plug the cable into the wall outlet and plug the other end into the phone
    .
Now, you will see that the phone reads "Charging rapidly." If you charge your phone this way, you should be able to charge the entire battery in an hour. Just with ten or fifteen minutes of charging, you'll get enough battery usage to last you for the next six hours.
