    When Weather opens, we need to click the "Settings" icon in the lower-left corner of the window

    The icon is gear-shaped. When "Settings" opens, the first option in the "General" tab will be "Show temperature in". It can be set to "Fahrenheit" or "Celsius". In this case, it's set to Celsius.
