Change the Screen Timeout on the Samsung Galaxy S5 to Stay On Longer
Edited by Grimm, Doug Collins, Dougie, Anonymous
Hi! You're watching VisiHow. I will show you today how to set the timeout for your screen to something other than factory default which is 30 seconds.
- 10That maybe long for some of you.You may want to have that for less. But for me, 5 minutes is fine. Again, in the screen timeout the options are 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes and 10 minutes. 10 minutes is quite long time but 5 minutes is more than enough for me because I talk a lot and it's some of these how to videos I may actually talk excessively.
- 11So there we are, if you would like to change the other settings here, you can. We'll visit that in another videos. For now, this is how you change the time out on your lock screen. Thank you for watching VisiHow and have a great day!Advertisement
